Raise your cup and make a big difference!

Tea at 3 is a fun and simple way to raise money for Birmingham St Mary's Hospice with friends anc colleagues, either at home, school or work.

You can do as much or as little as you like, wherever you are!

You could:

• Put a poster and collecting box by the kettle at work

• Invite your friends over for tea and a chat

• Hold a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party at your School

• Have a ‘tea and cake’ day at your local church

• Get your boss to make the tea all day!

Your tea break will enable us to give others a well-earned break. A number of our patients are admitted to our inpatients unit for respite care. Coming to Birmingham St Mary's Hospice for a short stay allows their loved ones the chance to do everything we take for granted – the shopping, getting their hair done, or simply getting a cup of tea –reassured that we are there to help.
