You can enter the Big Tea Competition run by Help the Hospices, where we're looking for the most unusual tea break in the country!
In past year's supporters have taken tea in their pyjamas and in fire engines but if you think you can do better please tell us! Send us details of your Big Tea Break and some photos, and we'll pass the best onto Help the Hospices.
